Free Day at the Museum
Weary cooks, eager shoppers, art lovers, and in-your-way relatives will find plenty to see and do at the San Antonio Museum of Art the day after Christmas. General admission is FREE.
See the art: Special exhibitions: Lethal Beauty: Samurai Weapons and Armor, Fr. Antonio Margil de Jesus: "Patron Saint" of Texas, Eldzier Cortor: Master Printmaker. (Please note there is a $5 surcharge for Lethal Beauty for non-members 18 and up).
Shop for distinctive items in our two world-class gift shops.
Sit in our courtyard or at our River Landing pavilion and take advantage of the free wi-fi.
Stand up and get some air and exercise: walk to or from the Pearl (7 minutes) or from downtown (30 minutes); or ride a bicycle from our B-cycle station.
