Tierra, Libertad y no Re-Elección! is drawn from 25 rarely-seen photographs from SAMA’s permanent collection.  The vivid imagery in these prints chronicle some of the most poignant and defining moments in the history of Mexico, starting with the 35-year dictatorship of Porfirio Díaz and the social and political upheavals that followed during the Mexican Revolution.

SAMA will host an Opening Reception on Friday, September 3, 2010 from 6 to 8 pm.  This event is free and open to the public.
